Question about 2003 Ford Crown Victoria
This sounds like a bad signal flasher.it is located on the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.if you turn on the hazard flasher and look for it you will know what the signal flasher looks like as it is a separate flasher for the signals.check all the fuses as the cruise may just need a fuse.other than that you should have it checked out as the parts are expensive to guess what will fix the problem.
