When your vehicle is warm and it idles like it is cold, you have a faulty TPS-throttle position sensor, and it needs to be replaced. The TPS sensor is located on the throttle body, has a plugin and is usually held on by 2 screws.

I have a 2005 wrangler i bought, engine running lean, with sporadic idle even when then egine is warmed up. Engine begins to spatter & cut out when RMP reaches 2200

You should have it hooked up to a diagnostic scan tool that can look at engine data parameters - ETC - engine coolant temp.,mass air flow sensor ,crank an cam sensors ,O2sensors etc.. Any one of these sensors ,if bad could cause your problem . Could have a vacuum leak , plugs an wires !

All started when fordbantam 1.8diesel 2003model got overheated due to leaking waterpump.I changed waterpump n. Timingbelt, car now has a funny noise after I kickstarted no revs, does n't keep idle help

STOP DRIVING IT.
HAVE SOMEBODY CHECK WHETHER THE TIMING IS SET CORRECTLY, IF IT HAS JUMPED ONE TOOTHE YOU COULD BE SMASHING THE EGINE TO BITS.
IF THE SOUND YOU HEAR IS A METALLIC PINGING SOUND THE DAMAGE MIGHT ALREADY BE DONE. CALL IN A COMPETENT MECHANIC ASAP TO CHECK

What trouble code is P0300

The code indicates a "random misfire." It means the egine is occassionally misfiring. Often it is due to worn spark plugs or a defective ignition coil that no longer produces a strong spark.

Check/clean the MAP sensor and throttle position sensor. This should fix the issue. Its a common problem with Chrysler products.

Stop instantly

Does your car stall ( engine doesn't idle?)? It may be the Idle Air Control Valve.
