Question about Honda Civic
It sounds like you have an anti-theft radio and when the battery power is interrupted the radio goes into a lock out mode so anyone that steals it can`t use it,hopefully you have the code that needs to be punched into the radio written in the owners manual,if not then you will have to go to the dealer and tell them what happened and they can get the code and program your radio.write down the code and procedure so if it happens again you can reprogram it yourself.
