I have a bmw 316 I se ( e46) the front drivers side electric window has gone down 3in and won't go down or up other windows are fine what could be wrong?

Start simple. Get some alcohol and clean around the button. If the motor makes any noise then the motor is probably good. It is possible the window could be off the track which would entail removing the inner door panel. Try watching YouTube videos:

How do I operate electric rear windows only with front switch at driver if rear switch is broken on a bmw 316 1992 model

You should be able to operate window from main front switch regardless if rear switch is bad. If it does not work from rear door or front door, it is probably not the switch, but the window motor which do go quite often. Take switch and verify it is working by testing with volt meter, next, check to see if you have 12VDC at switch, could be a broken wire, another common problem with older cars.

My bmw 316 need a new rear hub and wheel bearings how can i do it my self

Ive done it without a puller on a different car (similar setup) it can be a real pain if you don't have a press or a puller, those bearings are a hell of a tight fit.

Ive got an bmw 316 compact when pulling away from traffic lights, t-junction car jerks alot

High possibility the maf sensor needs dervicing or replace. you can clea it yourself with electrical spray cleaner CRC brand. It is located inside the intake duct in a metal section. Do not brush or rub to clean. Use the spray to thoroughly wash off the sensor, It is sensitive and expensive to replace so be nice to it.
The spray will dry fast so don't use compressed air and don't physically touch the unit. Good Luck, Ned
