Sounds like it is time for new rotors and calipers on the car! When the rotors get worn they warp and cause this condition, you might have a caliper dragging as well.

Shaking, Play in Steering, Wobble all of which get worse at 45, and smooth out at about 60-65

I had that on my Acura. It was caused by warped brake rotors.
They may not have replaced the rotors on your brake job.

Brake rotors are usually warped by someone tightening the bolts too tight. Most cars require a torque setting of 80 to 120 ft lbs.
I've seen them torque the bolts to 300 ft lbs. So you have to watch anyone working on the wheels.
Hope this helps.

these cars are known for power steering pump issues I would start with the known issues on a car first to avoid wasted time and guessing outside of the known issues I would jump to possible brakes issues or other front end steering racks, axle or bearings but the last two are usually a knocking noise ,, brakes if they are shot will cause a loud grind, but so will bad power steering pumps. best of luck hope this helps..

Steering shakes at low and high speeds and pulls to the right

If it only does it when you are using the brakes, I would check the brakes on both sides.
If it does it without using the brakes, I would look for a bad tire on the front. One of the tires could have a broken belt inside the tread.
Could also be a bad wheel bearing on the front.

Steering wheel shakes when i brake have had a slow leak on a brand new tire for a couple of months think it needs wheel alighnment or wheel balance

Shaking on brake application is usually rotor related issues, untrue, not parallel, hot spots, etc. Check the cost for new rotors, sometimes the same or not much more than turning rotors, and you have new full thickness rotors.
Take the tire to a tire shop, and have them find the leak. They submerge it in water and find the issue pretty quick.

I think I have a timing issue. My car takes a second to start up and the car jolts when it changes gears. Also, my steering wheel shakes left and right when I'm driving at low speed

Ok,

same car with the AC problem. Timing is not going to make this all happen.

  • If its jaulting as an automatic, through the gears, then probably check and change the fluid and the filter in the transmission. Usual jolting is from lack of fluid pressure, caused by lack of or blocked filter.

  • Start up could be anything from a weak battery to lack of fuel/choke. Try a new fuel filter, air filter element, check your oil and change the spark plugs.

(Symptoms of bad ignition timing are misfire and run on also extreme lack of power and rough idle. The car will also shudder and keep running a few seconds after the key is switched off.)

  • The steering shaking from left to right at low speed could be a few things. Is it only happening at low speed? Sometimes its hard to tell at high speed as it is happening so fast the frequency is almost unable to be felt. However when you brake it should be pretty strong if its a mechanical fault, ie disc warped or bent wheel.

Car shakes when I try to break.

The rotors are worn / warped and will get worse. Replace them and your pads and your car will love you.
