There is no such measurement in print. It would greatly vary from truck to truck due to tire size, type, rim type, age of suspension or any other modifications. The wheel base measurement is from the center of the front tire to the center of the rear tire, this won't change.

President club car golf cart front tires wear out every 3 months.

Maybe your front end alignment is off?
Measure the distance across the front of the front wheels and across the rear of the front wheels.
On this cart the measurements should be almost exactly the same.
Measure carefully as the measurement needs to be exact.
If the measurements are not the same, adjust one or both tierods to make the distance between the front and rear of the front wheels the same.
TIP:AVOID sharp turns on pavement which will also accelerate tire wear.

Can I replace a new set of 4 p23570r15 on Ford winstar p20570r15?

No way. The first set of numbers is the height of the tire. They raise in increments of 10. So the 235 is three sizes bigger. Just about anything larger than a 215 is going to have clearance issues. If you measure the height of the 205 an compared to the 235. There's probably going to be in the area of a 6 inch difference. Since the tire is centered on the rim, the vehicle will sit 3 inches higher. (1/2 on top 1/2 on bottom-same with front and back). Turn the wheel of the vehicle so that the 205 that's on it is as close to the front bumper as you can get it, and measure the space. Do the same with the inside of the fender. As an example, turn the wheel all the way to the right and measure the distance between the closest point of the inside of the tire and the vehicle on the driver's wheel. I hope I've helped. Where is the oil filter on a 1994 chevy blazer located?

First place is under the hood, just behind the left headlight. Second place under the vehicle, you will find an access panel that has a slotted screw that has to be turned 1/2 turn. 3rd place, is straight across from the front wheels, about half way or middle of your vehicle, on the left(drivers side) of the engine block.

Rear Wheel Cyclinder

Measure the old rear wheel cyclinder and it should find out if you have 9" or 10" cyclinders or you can take it to the auto parts store and they can match it for you.
