Contact any AFTER MARKET independent exhaust system supplier. Get at least 3 QUOTES, not estimates.

Were is the Exhaust valve at for the push rods

There is no "exhaust valves" for the push rods. If you are asking where the exhaust valves are, they are in the cylinder heads. You would have to disassemble the engine to the point of having the cylinder heads off the engine to replace the exhaust valves, but usually you would do a complete valve job on the heads if there were a problem of that nature.

Why is my car riding hard. I just had the complete exhaust system replaced on my 99 intrigue and instead of the dual exhaust muffler the mechanic put a single exhaust muffler on it and now the car is...

its important to have the right amount of backprettiar in your exhaust, so if going from 2 mufflers and 2 pipes to a single one would need to enlarge the size of the pipe to compansate. or it wont breath right and end up gutless.

Won't accelerate

I have seen a converter on the exhaust cause this problem the insides have broke loose and block the exhaust until pressure builds up and blows out the blockage. This could become a big issue if it ever completly blocks off the exhaust.

Could be a hole in your header, you can either take off your headers completely ( pain depending on your car ) and check them for holes, or you can take it somewhere and have them checked. Other than that it could be a hole in your exhaust/exhaust manifold.

Loss power wont start maybe exhaust or catltic ?

I had a chevrolet cavalier once that had a clogged exhaust. i was driving and the catalytic converter fell apart, and clogged the exhaust system. I completely lost power, and barely got home. Try getting your arm under the car, and hit the catalytic converter with your had, or a mallet. If it has fallen apart and failed, you should hear a clattering sound. Try inspecting the whole exhaust system, looking for bends in the exhaust pipes. When my catalytic converter failed, i also heard a hissing sound when it was running, and the engine was slightly overheating because of the restriction in the exhaust.
!!GOOD LUCK!!

Told have to replace exhaust system and catalytic converter.

I have NEVER heard of this Before! It sounds like to me that they are trying to take you to the Cleaners! I have been an ASE Certified Mechanic for 35 Years and would NEVER Replace the Exhaust unless it was an Upgrade or Totally Rusted out.
