Question about Chevrolet S 10

2001 chev s10 v6 after a head gasket replacement the truck wont trun over and no fuel to the intake.

    Did you even read what I posted.?
    Cant check compression because the car wont crank over.
    spark isn't present because the car won't crank over.
    the fuel is not pumping, as I stated.
    cant use starting fluid BECAUSE THE CAR WONT CRANK OVER!

    1 I disconected the battery
    2 I marked and removed the wiring harness over the engen
    3 I marked and removed vacume hoses
    4 I removed intake, heads and exaust per chilltons manual
    5 I cleaned and replaced all gaskets
    6 did just the opposite per the manual

    this is not the first time I replaced head gaskets, but it is the first time I did everything and had this problem with this year and this vehicle.
    I have checked the wire harness, the grounds, hoses, electrical fuses.
    All lights activate at the rurn of the key, but when I turn the key there is nothing, no clicking, no fuel, nothing.

Hi, your starter circuit is pasted below. Check the crank and ignition fuses in the box under the hood. If those are good, see if the solenoid will jump by connecting the hot terminal to the start terminal as indicated in the following post:
If the engine will crank, the problem is in the start circuit--ignition switch, start relay, or safety interlock. If it will not crank, suspect you are a missing ground strap. Since you had the top off the engine, this is the most likely problem, depending on where you ground attaches to the engine.
As for the fuel pump, this could also be a ground issue or a fuse. Suggest we get the engine cranking and then worry about fuel if the pump is still not coming on.
Can you check the fuses and jump the solenoid (tranny in park, please) and then get back to me with results?

Have you done any kind of testing to make sure you have compression or spark or fuel? Start with the basics and go from there. If you have those three the car should/will run. You should have a tachometer in the car. See if it shows any rpm's when cranking. Try a shot of starting fluid in the intake to see if it fires. That would tell you the ignition is OK. Check all the fuses. If any are blown. Or something is still disconnected at the injector harness or a pinched wire.

If it won't crank, then either your battery is dead, your starter relay is bad, bad starter, or dead battery. Lots of people confuse "cranking" with starting. Cranking truns the engine over, so if it won't crank, then you have a starter system problem.

It looks like the intake manifold gasket have to be change.But to be sure. pour dye in coolant and see with black light where exactly is the leak.

very common is a leaking intake gasket they also blow head gaskets a intake gasket could make you oil look milky and a head gasket could blow steam out of the exhaust
