On the back side of window crank IS a "C" clip. Stop by any good parts store and check out their "HELP" supply of window cranks and you will see how clip works. They make a special tool for removal, but most folks use a small straight blade screwdriver.

Remove window crank

Look and see if there appears to be a plug in the handle over the shaft. If there is gently pry it out and you will find a hex head screw in the handle that is holding the handle on. IN all cars it is about 50-50 between circlips and bolts.

What tool do you use to remove window crank on a 1996 pontiac sunfire?

There is a small circlip that holds them on in between the door cover and the handle, hard to see and tricky to get.Its like a horsehoe and needs to be pushed off plastic window crank shaft with screwdriver.Sometimes a little prying from behind can get them to pop off also

One power window will not work on my 2003 Pontiac- sunfire ??

probably motor.take screws out of inside door handle and anywhere else you can find them attached to door.gently pry on seams of door for access.they are usually just pop in type clips.they take a little force but will come out.once you get past door cover, there may be metal cross beams underneath but you should be able to get access to motor.

My manual roll up/down window does not work. How do I fix it. how do I get the panel off ? Do I need to take off the roll up down handle to get the door panel off, if so how do I take the handle off?...

you do need to remove the door handles to remove the door trim panel, if it has arm rests on the panel look for 2 or 3 plastic plugs which only press in and are easy to remove with a blade, if they are not present the arm rest may be part of the trim as one unit.
the winder handle may have a spring clip behind the handle and the trim, if that is the case you will need a special tool to remove the clip. also check for any screws that may be holding the panel to the door, when all screws etc are removed just lever the panel away from the door with a flat blade or screwdriver. hope this info helps

How do i remove the interrior door panel on a pontiac sunfire

if its a standard clip type window crank what you do is get a shop towel or cut up an old t shirt. take the rag and slide it between the door panel and crank. then rotate the rag around the crank it will grab the clip easily and disenguage it. watch it though the clip may fly out and you will loose it. then just pull off reinstall the crank put the clip on the crank and just push it back on the shaft

2005 sunfire pontiac frond door

It is likely the handle or rod came of the lock mechanism. YOu will have to remove all the screws in the door panel and then take a pry bar or huge flat-tipped screwdriver and pry the panel off the door. Then take a look inside to see what doesn't look right. You may see the rod hanging there or it may be lying on the bottom of the door. It should snap back in place, if it doesn't stay in place, then a new little plastic fastner will need to be installed to hold the rod in place.

Yea i dont know how to take off my door panels in my 2000 sunfire it dont have power windows

There are spring clips behind the handle that require a special tool to remove.
It slips between the door panel and handle to remove the clip.

Looks like this...

Any autoparts store carries this for about $5

Need to change door speaker, cant get the door paneling off nor the manual window roller upper off.

Take a flat screwdriver or other similar flat tool, gently pry between the window handle and door panel, you should just be able to see the clip that holds it on to the metal shaft of the window gear, you'll need a pair of needle nose pliers or a flat screwdriver to pull it off,to put it back on you put it on the widow handle and just pop it on the metal shaft.Hope this helps.
