Front passenger window wont let up but all other windows work

It is either the window regulator or the switch. If the switch at the driver's door goes bad it can effect the switch at the passenger door too. And there is no way to test this easily, without taking the switch out and hot wiring the window regulator at the door. If the window worked the problem would be the switch. If it still didn't work, it would be the window motor or regulator assembly in side the door. Hope this helps. Have a nice day :O)
