Where is the fuel pump relay on 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4.7

There isn't a fuel pump relay , it is controlled by the totally integrated power module !

The Totally Integrated Power Module (2)(TIPM) is a

combination unit that performs the functions of the

Power Distribution Center (PDC) and the Front Control

Module. The TIPM is a printed circuit board based

module that contains fuses, internal relays and a

microprocessor that performs the functions previously

executed by the FCM. The TIPM (2) is located in the

engine compartment, next to the battery (1) and connects

directly to the B+ cable (5) via a stud located on

top of the unit. The ground connection is via electrical

connectors. The TIPM provides the primary means of

voltage distribution and protection for the entire vehicle.

The molded plastic TIPM housing includes a base and

cover. The TIPM cover is easily opened or removed

for service and has a fuse and relay layout map integral

to the inside surface of the cover. The TIPM housing

base and cover are secured in place via mounting

tabs. The mounting tabs secure the TIPM (2) to the

battery tray mounting bracket (3).

All of the current from the battery and the generator output enters the Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM) via

a stud on the top of the module. The TIPM cover is removed to access the fuses or relays. Internal connections of

all of the power distribution center circuits is accomplished by a combination of bus bars and a printed circuit board.

For complete circuit diagrams, refer to the appropriate wiring information. The wiring information includes wiring

diagrams, proper wire and connector repair procedures, details of wire harness routing and retention, connector
pin-out information and location views for the various wire harness connectors, splices and grounds.

2007 Chrysler Sebring Touring both headlights won't work, new bulbs did not fix the issue. high beams work.

Totally integrated power module bought from LKQ 200.00. Install and reset 65.00. Return core for 60.00 dollar refund. Dealer charges 1000.00 for this repair. All for a low beam headlight. Ridiculous. Should be a factory recall. Hope this saves you some money.

Headlight fuse for 2007 sebring

Here is a short video on how to access and change the fuses from models 2007-2010. Once you access the fuse panel, just look under the lid to see a grid of the fuses.

I need to have a fuse box diagram for a 2006 PT Cruiser. I don't see it in the owners manual. Thank you.

All of the electrical current distributed throughout this vehicle is directed through the standard equipment Totally Integrated Power Module (TIPM). The molded plastic TIPM housing is located in the left front corner of the engine compartment, just behind the air cleaner housing and the battery. The TIPM housing has a molded plastic cover. The TIPM cover is easily removed for service access and has a convenient fuse and relay layout label affixed to the inside surface of the cover to ensure proper component identification.

I have no voltage coming out of the TIPM for the left rear turn signal. Can this problem be remedied by having the TIPM reset

Had the same problem. Resetting the TIPM will not solve your problem. Your TIPM can only be reset 5 times, after that that you will have to buy another one for $1200.00 + $400.00 for the instal which include the re-flashing.

The circuitry portion of the TIPM that control your left turn signal is dead. You will have to have a mechanic by-pass it or you will have to buy a new TIPM.

Tail light is not working.

if you have a trailer that you tow it has a short and the tipm will shut off power to that circuit. you can only have this reset 3 times by the dealer and if the problem is not corrected the tipm will need to be replaced and its expensive. make sure the short is repaired before having the dealer reset the tail lamp circuit
