I have a Plymouth Grand Voyager that I just replaced the egr valve on, and it wont crank over. any ideas?

Sounds strange that "no crank" after just changing EGR valve...go back to basics...check the battery post connections, all of your lights can still work with a dirty connection...the starter requires a lot more juice to crank...Hope this helps.

1999 plynouth grand voyager was coding egr replace

just because the check engine light is back on, it doesn't necessarily mean it is for the same problem. it could be, but would need to pull codes again to find out what its for. literally hundreds of different codes could turn on check engine light. also, was original code for "insufficient egr flow" or "excessive egr flow"? it makes a difference.

My 2000 plymouth voyager idles fast and Erratic, I have replaced the idle air control valve and the throttle speed control. what else could cause this problem

You may have build up in the intake where the throttle plate is, so it would have to be cleaned and the egr valve could be stuck or the purge canister may be defective. It could be a vachum line off the engine somewhere or even loose intake bolts or the egr valve is malfunctioning and needs to be replaced and or cleaned.

1998 Plymouth Voyager Cylinder 4 misfired

its best to get a diagnostic report so you can find out what it is. most of the time with this model, it will be some sort of sensor or egr valve.

I had the same problem with my van, it turned out to be the EGR valve (emissions-gasoline-regulator) valve. It cost about $65, but well worth it!!! About a 20 min. job
