My 1992 camry has two different radiator caps. are they the same are they different. i can only find one for the radiator. the camry is a v6

  • David Worth Mar 08, 2009

I also have two caps. Rock Auto lists the radiator cap as 16lb. There also is a cap listed for the water outlet. No pressure is given but it must be the same as the radiator. The caps are different bayonet mounts. Don't ask me why.

What is the firing order on a 1993 toyota camry 6 cylinder, 3.0

With the firewall on your left and radiator on the right, the cylinders are numbered 1-3-5 on the firewall side going away from you ie towards the transaxle, and the radiator side 2-4-6.

Then the firing order is 1-2-3-4-5-6.

91 toyota camry overheating problem

It doesn't overheat with the air off? It sounds like you aren't getting enough airflow thru the radiator. Radiator fans not working or leaves and dirt stuck in the radiator.

Water in radiator decrease but not in the reserviour tank

Get a new radiator cap and make sure the tube from the cap of the res. tank goes into the coolant that is in the tank or it won't draw the coolant back and forth. The tube to thge radiator must also be connected.

92 camry v6 xle can't pick up speed

Check the radiator cap for white sludge, if there is some then check the oil dipstick for the same, if on both then 95% sure it is head gasket blown.
If there is a little on the rad cap and none on the dip stick then may be low on oil.
