SOURCE: High compression in 1 cylinder of a 170 ci. 40 psi high.

Per the Ford manual, the acceptable range is 155-195 PSI. It sounds to me like you don't have a compression issue with this engine (without knowing the exact readings for each cylinder). Normally one cylinder being higher than the others, but still within spec, would not concern me a lot. Had one been much lower, then I think that might be cause for concern. There could be many reasons for the one hole being higher. If the engine hasn't been rebuilt in a long time, there could be carbon deposits in the compression chamber. There are many chemical fixes for this availble at your local parts store. If the engine is running fine with no pinging or detonation, I'd just continue to enjoy your classic ride (I own a 1971 Challenger converitble with a 440-6 pack, so I understand the joy of a classic car!).

Good luck and please let me know if this helps!

SOURCE: what is the cylinder compression psi fpr the 2.0 liter engine

usual on 4 cylinder around 175psi.225psi is very high for your car,150psi seems ok,you may have two problems.A leaking head gasket and high compression due to carbon build up on the pistons.Check your Hyundai Dealer to see is this problem is covered under their 100,000 mile warranty,it should be.IF not then
the head needs to come off and had gasket replaced along with clean the top of pistons since they are right there, sounds like and easy fix.also check condition of radiator, and I would rec. replacing thermostat since some Hyundai models had problems with their thermostats

SOURCE: My 1998 Buick LeSabre has a misfire on cylinder

Hi, I would check for a vacume leak around your intake manifold #1 cylinder runner. You can check by using a stethescope with a small piece of brake line in the end of the hose or spraying propane around the intake. If you hit a vacume leak the RPM will drop. Vacume leakes normaly cause a higher RPM at idle.

welcome to a USA forum.
B2 S2 means bank 2, sensor 2,
sensor 2 is rear of CAT. sensor used to test the quality of the CAT
but wait, you forgot to say what engine, nor if in calif.

but, wait2, your posting to a USA forum with a NONE USA CAR

but are made and sold say in Europe with other engines
so what country are you in, and what engines is in your jeep

sorry jeeps are not all the same and 10x , that , not in USA>
for SURE.

if engine is a V engine, v6 or I4 or I6 and diesels
bank 1 is that bank that has #1 cylinder.

what you have, is a variant of our LIBERTY.
we only have Liberties here. that year, kinda like yours.
but with different engines

read the wiki words, see the words"sharing little"

"XJ in Europe
European passenger version Cherokee XJ

The XJ was introduced to left-hand drive European markets in 1985, one year after its American debut. However, right-hand drive European markets only began to officially receive them (in RHD form) in 1993. Models were offered in both markets until the XJ's discontinuation in 2001, at which point it was replaced by the Jeep Cherokee (KJ) which retained the Cherokee name for sale in Europe despite sharing little mechanical heritage with its predecessor."

now this,

powered by the VM Motori 2.5 L diesel engine

and in CHINA
The four-cylinder model was named the BJ2500, signifying Beijing Jeep with the 2.5 L AMC straight-4 engine, while the six-cylinder model was named the BJ4000, signifying it had the 4.0 L AMC Straight-6 engine.

see its not a USA car./ at all.
nada. looks like yes, smells but is not.

the crd was tried back in 80s but is not same engine, then.,

Numerous versions were available in markets outside the U.S. and Canada.
Early-2002 through mid-2003 model year CRDs were equipped with a 2.5lt VM Motori Diesel producing 105 kW (143 PS; 141 hp) and 343 N·m (253 lb·ft). An external wastegated turbo was standard and the engine was available only with a manual transmission.

the last North American market Jeep product that was offered witht this diesel engine was the 1987 Jeep Cherokee and Comanche.

next time post country and get 100x better answers
and faster and most important accurate.
best question would be.....????
are bolts TTY
are bolts re-useable
are bolt torqued, or angle set or both. all are the best questions.

Code P0155 in a 2002 jeep liberty what it is?

this is covered in the FSM book by jeep.
per engine. non stated, so.....?????

p0 are federal codes. (a standard)
and is oxygen sensor reads wrong.
B2 S1 is bad.
S1 is the front sensor.
bank 2 is the engine bank that has #1 cylinder.

the heater in side is blown out.
or the wires to it are bad..melted, cut, or connector to it rusty.
the ECU only knows, the heater fails to conduct current.
it sees the heater dead.
replace it or fix the wires to it.
same on all cars this. only bank varies.
next time post engine size. the line up.
some inline engines run 2 banks too, like calif cars do. not just V engines.
the left front cylinder is #1 on v6 Bank 1 IS LEFT

seen here.
if this is your V6 engine, the 02 (b2) is on right , front (means upstream) bad.

does this help, the inline on calif engine, inline it is rear top sensor. B2S1, on split exhaust manifolds. for calif.
