1987 supra revs to 3500 rpm then drops to 800. It keeps this cycle and will not stop.

Toyota Supra 1987, Will not rev up.

Is it a turbo? You may be having a fuel-cut issue. Has teh problem happened since? If this only happens once is a while, it will be hard to diagnose.

87 toyota supra non-turbo, runs rich

It sounds like one of your injectors is stuck open. You could try a potent fuel additive like Sea Foam. Pour it directly in the hose that goes into the manifold from the brake booster. This will be very concentracted and WILL SMOKE WHITE for a moment. Hopefully whatever is blocking the valve in the injector will loosen and teh car will smooth out.

1987 supra left headlight blowing fuse

there is a really good chance that you have a bad power or ground wire. based on the age of the vehicle i would say that it is most likely corroded but it could also be cut or burned

Targa Top

Targa's are heavier than the solid roof supra cause the body panels are reinforced , cutting the roof to make a targa gonna weaken the structure greatly , if u gonna do it then theres a lot more to consider that just your saw blade, I got a 86.5 an with the roof off there's still body flex so be careful bro
