We're at home like you

I doubt anyone has wiring diagrams on the paid
side of the site

You need wiring diagrams for any and
all automotive electrical troubleshooting,
diagnostics ,etc

When you say voltage to relay,my first
thought is, why is that person not following
a chart from the relay to the next item.

I have a 2001 navigator and acording to my computer the autoair ride is off how do i turn it back on

This is a common problem on these vehicles , there are a few things you need to check , one jump a hot and a ground straight to the air compressor it is located under the vehicle by the rear differential unplug it and jump it to make sure it is operational if it is working properly make sure your air bags are not busted and inflate correctly if this checks out the rest button is located on the compresser relay which is usually located behind the driver side inner rear cover panel or interior panel , unfortunately 9 out of 10 times when the air ride kicks this switch it is because either the pump has locked up from water and road dirt rusting the cylinder solid and locking up or the air bags have dry rotted and leak which over heats the compresser and causes it to burn the relay either way it is a very pricey repair even if you do your own labor the parts are rather expensive ,there is a company which sells a coil spring replacement set which will put the back end back to stock ride height for around 200 bucks and you will never have that problem again. Look up air bag to coil over spring conversion kits online and several suspention companies that carry them will pop-up.

First check the fuse. If the fuse is good, check to see if you have juice at the pump. If you dont have juice at the pump, check the switch for juice. If theires juice going into the switch, check to see if juice is coming out of the switch.

Looking for any fuses or relays for air bag suspension where would some be located

Generally the switch to turn off/on the air suspention is located inside a side compartment at the rear of the vehicle. Before lifting a car with air suspention, you have to turn it off to keep it from being damaged. find the switch and see that it is turned on. The owners manual tells where the fuses and relays are located.

The suspention on our 97 ford expedtion is not lifting i understand that there is a release button under the hood where is it located also i heard that i can put air in the suspention where?

There is not a place to install air pressure,There is a reset switch under the passenger side kick panel.Turn the switch off and on ,If no response you may have a faulty compressor, air compressor relay. If in doubt have a mechanic diagnose your issue before you replace any parts.
