Thanks for using FixYa. There are a few things you can check. Make sure you check your vacuum hoses for leaks. Make sure all your hoses are correctly on. Make sure the air filter and fuel filter are not clogged. You can check your fuel pressure to make sure it is correct and to rule out a fuel issue. If you haven't had a tune up in a long time, I would suggest doing that. Change your spark plugs, coils, wires, distributor cap, rotor. Change all your fluids, coolant, oil, transmission fluid and filter. Even simple issues as a vacuum leak or loose connection can make a car act like it is on it's last leg. If you have a check engine light on, take it to Autozone and have it scanned. It cost nothing and it can lead you to your problem without guessing what your issue is. If it is not on, check the parts above. If you have any questions, please let me know. I am here to help. Thanks for choosing FixYa and have a good night.

You probably can't but if it's running rough on acceleration under load, the first suspect is a dirty fuel filter.

What kind of gas should i use for a 2005 Nissan pathfinder?

Your car can run on "euro regular"(87 octane)15% ethyl
and will self adjust for anything higher than 87,SO, if you put in "the good stuff"you should see an inprovement in gas mileage,BUT,as i tell all my customers, put in 5 tankfulls and log the mileage, then 5 tanks if the other,it may work for you.....

87 Nissan z24 truck 2-wheel drive

If this is the Z24 engine, you may have a mess of issues. That engine has two coils, and one could of easily gone bad. I've seen this problem a lot on this engine, and could be fixed by figuring out which coil went bad. Also check the plugs and wires. Make sure all of the connections are good and maybe change out the coils.

Throttle body just replaced; now runs & idles rough

adjust the TPS, throttle position sensor.

First though, disconnect battery for 1/2 hour. Restart engine and drive for 15 miles while computer relearns changes you made. Will run rough for this period.
