Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. I am assuming all bulbs have been changed with my reply. Be sure to check your fuses for all lights. It is possible that your light switch is broke. You may have an electrical issue in the harness. If the fuses and switch check out, you are going to need to check your wires. You will need a voltage meter to test the wires for power. Visually inspect the wires and check for any damage. Check carefully around the fuse housing and around the bulb sockets first. These are the most likely places for shorts. When you are looking for the short, pay close attention to see if you see any loose wires or connections. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I am here to help. Thanks for using FixYa.

How to find an electrical disturbance in 1998 ford expedition

Normally this condition is the result of a poor body ground connection. Testing for this can be deceiving. At the static(nothing on) condition, testing can show a good ground. However when a circuit is excited, it has a determined resistance and a set current flow. If the ground connection to this or a branch circuit is loose, corroded, or broken wire. This will allow just enough connection to show as being good, but not good enough to complete the circuit with the required amount of connection when energized.

99 concorde power windows, signal lights and heat does not work

I went to the Concorde forum and saw what other owners said. Captain mody said, "There is a black case in the middle of the upper part that contain fuse #5 red 10amp you need to replace this fuse by another on and after that every thing will work again" Another guy named Chris said: "Open your driver's door and open the fuse box on the left, there's a handle near the door hinge. This is most likely a blown fuse - check the fuse box lid for the diagram. Find out which one is blown and swap it out. Not a $400!!!" My 2000 sienna headlights dont work but my running lights do work

Could be one of two things;
A) Headlight switch B) Dimmer Switch (Hi Beam switch)
If you don't have test equipment & tools, I rec finding a reputable mechanic to research it for you. Electrical issues can get ugly.

99 Chrysler Concorde electrical problem

probably a relay. relays control switching of power from one compound circuit to another. because you have multiple circuits that are not working, this sounds likely. get a wiring schematic and find out which relay controls that system, then try replacing it.

WHAT YOU MIGHT CHECK IS THE FUSE FOR TAILLIGHTS, OR DASH LIGHTS. THEY WORK OFF THE SAME FUSE. IF THE FUSE IS BLOWN THE HEADLIGHTS WORK BUT NO TAIL OR DASH LIGHTS
