Question about 2001 Chevrolet Blazer
How are you supposed to get the plug wires off on a 2001 Blazer to change the plugs? I was able to change the three plugs on the passanger side, but I'm unable to get the plug wires off on the drivers side, to much !@#$ in the way!
There is a special tool, (it looks like a set of unusual pliers) to remove the wires, the heat makes the rubber plug boot bond to the plug, the tool is available from any good full service parts store like NAPA, Car Quest etc. This tool costs about $5-10, depending on the brand, buy the good one, it really save time, I have 3 different ones, each is a little different shape for different trucks and cars.
