You need to have the psi on the fuel rail tested prior to starting. You will probably fine that it isn't holding fuel. The most likely cause is the pressure regulator valve.

My 2005 Aveo jumped time and replaced timing belt and pulleys, also had to rebuild the cylinder head. while had it apart decided to put a new starter on since it has 137,000 miles on it, got back together...

If the starter is pulling to many amps to crank the engine,it will drop the battery voltage too low for the fuel pump to operate at all or operate properly and the car will not start if it is not getting fuel at the proper pressure or no pressure.

99 sebring xli stoppd running while driving and wont start

Three things you should check for.

Spark, fuel pressure, and timing belt.

Spark is easy enough. Pull a plug wires and using a spark tester see if there is spark.

fuel pressure will require a fuel gauge. You can try a couple of shots of carb spray in the throttle body to see if the car starts. If it does than we know we have spark and this is a fuel issue.

Timing belt, AN ENGINE SIZE WOULD HELP, but basically you should be able to remove a couple of bolts from the top of the timing cover and see if the belt is turning. A broken timing belt will usually cause the engine to sound like it is turning over faster than normal.

Let me know what you find with the above and I'll see what I can do to help.

Don't forget to post an engine size as well.

All of sudden blazer wont start. did this a couple of times

Crankshaft position sensor, it reads off revolutions to know what position the crank is in. If it starts going bad, the car can go down the road and suddenly cut off, but once it's bad, it will turn over but not start, also check to see if you're getting gas to the fuel rail.

The window on my drivers side gets stuck every time I roll it down. I've knocked on the motor and it's worked a couple of times but now it won't roll up again. How can I fix this?

If you knocked on the motor and it has worked and now it does not, it likely needs motor brushes, have the motor tested, repaired or replaced.

Hope this helps

I rolled all my windows down and then rolled them all back up but my front passenger window wont roll back up

It should roll up with assistance. Try helping it by GENTLY pulling up while holding the window switch. You may have to do this a couple times to get it all the way up. The problem is the window motor has gotten weak or lost power completely. The motor is a relatively easy part to get, but replacing it is very tough and unless you have done it before, or know what your doing I wouldn't suggest it ( it is possible though ). Hope it helps!

Hi, My 2002 Chevy Cavaliers windows have started having trouble rolling up. It seems they roll down fine, it's just when you try to roll them up either the 'button' doesn't work at all or it works...

Try spraying silicone spray down the sides (felt) where window slides (guides) up & down. Put window all the way down, spray them well, top to bottom, then run window up & down a few times. May not cure it, but should help. Be generous with it, but a little clean up later may be needed.
