2003 ford crown victoria shuts off when driving i try to start it up it just cranks but wont start. Already changed the fuel pump and spark plugs and that dont seem to work. Any one please Help??

You'll first need to find out if you are lacking fuel or spark to know where to go next. Do a basic test for fuel pressure with a gauge and spark at the plugs when it fails to start.

AVALANCHE 2003 WON'T START NO SPARK

Yes, it can be a fuse. Check the 15amp INJ1 fuse under the hood. Also check the IGN 0, PCM 1 and PCM B fuses.

4x4 v8 1998 dodge truck won't start

well if ur not getting spark and u changed all of the ignition components lets think about the computer in order for the ignition to work you have crankshaft position sensor that fires the fuel injectors and the spark change that and if still nothing then change the camshaft postion sensor that sensor tells the computer that the 1 piston has came all the way up and it tells the crankshaft sensor to do its thing

Is the computer powered up? Does your check engine light come on when you turn the key to on?
If that's o.k., check fuel pump operation. Do you hear the pump come on to prime the fuel system when you first turn the key to on? It should turn on for about 2 seconds, and then stop again until the engine is being cranked, at which time the pump comes back on. You can't hear the pump when engine is cranking or running, but you could hear it first come on to prime the system. There may be a schrader valve-a test port- on top of engine on the fuel rail. If you find it, take the cap off, and press down the valve-gas should shoot up if the pump is working and getting fuel to the engine.
Now if the computer is powered and the pump is getting gas to the engine, and still no start, you need to check your ignition system by checking for spark at one of the sparkplugs. Pull a plug wire off a plug, pull the sparkplug out, reattach the plug wire to the plug, and lay the sparkplug on a metal part of the engine, so the sparkplug threads are touching metal (grounding it). Now have someone crank the engine over while you watch the plug for a strong blue spark there. You need to see a blue, snapping spark to know your ignition system is good. An orange spark is not good-too weak. If no spark, or not consistent, you have a problem in the ignition system, and will have to diagnose and fix that.
If all is good so far, you may need to check the fuel injection system. Start by pulling one injector connector off, and check for power on one of the two wires going to the injector (the other wire is the injector ground wire), with the key in the on position. If no power to the injector with key on, the injector drive circuit has failed. If one wire does have power, post back to me for how to test the injector ground circuit-very easy with a testlight.
Good luck.

Will not start after it rains - have replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, ignition coil, plugs, plug wires, etc

you change cap and rotor? ignition module?, when it wont start either you dont have spark or fuel, tto check if you gave it a blast of starting fluid while cranking If starts and dies you got a fuel problem, if it just cranks you got a spark-ignition problem

My 1991 lexus will not start when the ignition is turn with the key. The ingine constantly turns over without starting and preceeds to kill my batterie.

Well if it is cranking you need to see if you are getting spark and fuel.....Try turning the ignition on without cranking the motor....You should hear your fuel pump making a whirring sound for about 3 sec.and then shut off...If no sound from pump (which is located in the fuel tank) check the fuel pump fuse If fuse is good check fuel pump relay...If all checks out ok with fuel pump take into consideration when the fuel filter was changed last....I dont recommend adding fuel injection cleaner to your tank without first changing fuel filter...additive is designed to break up debris thus breaking up all trapped particles in filter sending debris through your injectors.... To check for spark pull the #1 spark plug wire and place it on an angle on tip of plug (allowing you to see if spark is present) have an assistant crank engine while you look for spark..... Do not hold spark plug wire in your hand while engine is cranked.... I hope this has helped you
