Only at great expense IF you can find anyone wiling to take the job on (whom ever repairs it will be responsible for the repair in the event of accident.. You will have to remove parts back to something solid then rebuild.

This vehicle is dangerous and shuld not be driven on the road. When it folds up, you will lose control of the car, you will not be able to direct nor stop it where you want.

Thank you for your question.

Is there a recall on frame on my 2004 chevy colorado frame is rusting out has holes in frame

rust is from the salt used on winter roads and there is no recall for that problem
as the repair will cost more than the car is worth , consider updating to a rust free model

Clunk noise when turning

Check the cv shaft boots, if they are torn the grease inside will have come out and now the joints inside are worn out. Worn cv joints will cause noises when turning.

Strut mount is rusted out on a 94 buick lesabre how can i fix it

not legal to self fix but a frame shop is recommended. Otherwise go to a shop run by Mexican national and ask them. Best bet for repair.

I have an Ford Falcon AU III. I want to know how to replace a rusted and broken boot strut mount? Regards, Joe

Hi there. I attatch two new mounting studs just behind the original rusted stubs. I simply drilled some suitable sized holes and force tapped the new studs in with some high strength stud lock on them. First force them in without stud lock, wind them out, add the locking compound and put them back in (you could get a tap and do it properly but mine seems to be working okay) The studs are 10mm and freely available. Photos attached.

Front shocks/struts not attached at top mount, rusted away needs to be replaced, how to replace upper strut mounts 2001 sebring convertible

you will need to get spring compressors to do the job and if they rusted away chances are the strut shaft nut is rusted too and will need heat from a torch or a powerful air tool to remove it . but if you want to try it first you jack the car and remove the wheel.then unbolt the two large bolts that hold it to the knukle at the bottom, brake hose might be attached to it also remove it .then unbolt the four bolts at the top that hold it and remove the strut. now you will need a strut compressor to squeeze the spring so that the mount is free of pressure from the spring, replace it with the new one careful to install the spring into the seat just like it was.reverse install

The frame is rusted out. there are holes all theough it and i dont have much money.

The frame, or just the body? A rusted frame is dangerous specially if it has holes. Welding on them is not recommended cuz it will make the metal hard and brittle. You can't do anything with a rusted frame with holes on it.

Noise in right front wheel or dsah board

The solution is the upper strut mounting plate. To fix it you need to take out the strut tower and take apart the strut. The faulty part is the plate that has the 3 studs that actually mount the top of the strut to the frame. You may want to also plan on replacing the strut as well, when i took mine apart, the strut piston wouldnt go back into the strut body, that means its shot. Also if one side needs this done the other probably does too. The upper strut mount is about 20 bucks only from a dealer and the strut is about 60 from any auto parts store. hope this helps

1990 cadillac seville brake arm

You would have to take a picture and send to to verify fix. Sadly if its that bad I imagine the rest of the car is pretty rough underneath. Technically speaking if the car is worth fixing the welder would have to be an up to date D.O.T cerfitied welder.
