Sounds like your starter solenoid is shot. Have the starter replaced.

I have a 2003 Pontiac Montana that ran out of gas, I put 2 gallons in it and now it won't start

Turn the key to run and listen to see if the electric fuel pump is running. If it is, allow it to run for 30 seconds before turning the key to start. This will allow the pump to push enough fuel to the fuel rail so the injectors have something to spray.

The car wont start and its not the battery

Try having someone turn the key while you hit the starter with a hammer. The starter might be sticking.

Wont crank enough to start

OK take the belt off and check everyone of the pulleys that it goes around and make sure all of them are free and spin easly. If you find one that hard or stuck then the bearing in that accessory is faulty.Replace accessory.

My car won't start I have the key but it won't turn in the ignition

The key barrel is defective and it will haver to be replaced. Since you will have to force it to make it turn long enough to get it out you should take the car to a repair shop - the risk of breaking something is too great for you to do it.

2002 saturn L300 jst died while parked just after I started it! It would not start at all & not sure why! If fuel pump quit would that cause it to not start? I checked pressure on fuel rail & gas...

When you turn the key to start what happens ? Does the starter engage an spin the engine ? This would be a crank - no - start condition . Or when you turn the key nothing happens ! This is a no - crank - no start condition . If the engine does spin when turning the key to start and it doesn't start an run you need to see whats missing - spark , fuel or compression . Videos on youtube showing how to test . You need to hook up a fuel pressure gauge to check for fuel . Just pushing the valve on the fuel rail isn't good enough .
