Park neutral safety switch maybe be the reason for the no crank ! Try putting the vehicle in park ,then try to crank the engine . Testing the electrical circuit is the best way to trouble shoot this problem , along with do a voltage drop test on the starter circuit ! This will test the battery cables an connections .

1992 Plymouth Voyager 80K miles well kept vehicle. Engine Intermittantly cuts out while driving, guages go flat, after split second engine picks back up and runs fine, guages back to normal. When this...

I guess a good place to start would be to clean and check all battery connections, as well as all your ground connections from battery, as well as any straps you see attached from frame to engine, or to firewall etc.
It sounds like you may have 2 different problems going on there. The power cutting out, as I said, sounds like bad connection, or alternator getting bad. Wouldn't hurt to have charging system checked out, as well as make sure belt and tensioner are in good shape. As far as stalling on turns, I'd remove the IAC motor (idle air control) from throttle body, clean it well and port it comes out of with throttlebody spray cleaner, and then re-install it and try that . If it cures the stalling problem, but starts to do it again later, replace the IAC. If your not sure what/where the IAC is, get back to me with your engine size, and I'll get you a picture of what to look for.
