The hazard flasher is a separate flasher from the signal flasher.they are located on the fuse panel under the dash on the drivers side.some are held in a clip to the wiring harness under the dash.you don`t say if one or the other is working if so then turn on the one that works and look for it and you will see what they look like and find the other and change it.

Where is the flasher relay located on my 97 continental? I have looked under the dash and no luck. The auto parts store does not even list a part number for a 97. At first the rt blinker stopped working...

The Lincoln Continental flasher is integrated into the "Multifunction light control module" part # 13c788. Cost junk yard around $50. There is no stand alone flasher relay as in the older or more senseably engineered and cheaper cars.

Hope helps.

usually the turn signal flasher is located under the dash near the steering column where you'll hear an audible clicking when operational.

Good luck on finding the flasher.

My blinkers sometimes dont work? looked at the fuse and it seemed okay but i replaced it anyway..seemed to work fine for a couple months now its doing it again...could it be an electrical problem or turn...

Try replacing the Flasher Relay. It has 2 relays, one for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. The one for the turn signals is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, behind instrument panel, mounted on passenger side of steering column.
The hazard flasher is located Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above kick panel, mounted in top of convenience panel.
Replace the Turn signal flasher.
