My 1990 mitsubishi montero 4X4 3.0 will not start weak spark and low compression in all 6 cyclinders HELL please

At the age of the vehicle, the problem could be most anything. If it is like some of the chevrolets of that time frame. you should first check the coil, then the ignition module. Low compression could mean a blown head gasket, but for all cyclinders, I would guess an overhaul would be necessary, combined with the other problems, unless the car has a special meaning for you, i would replace the vehicle.

if you have compression on the cyclinders it might be the crank sensor if you don't have compression it could be timing chain

I have been told cyclinders 4,5,6 is losing 15% combustion, does anyone know what this could be?

Code 316 is for a random miss at startup. Code 304 is for a miss or power loss on cylinder 4 and 305 is the same thing for cylinder 5. Code 171 is saying the fuel mixture for bank one is too lean.
These issues could be from a weak fuel pump or other fuel related problem.
While compression levels between cylinders could also cause the 300 codes, that would not cause the 171 code. And there should have been a code 306 if all three cylinders having lower compression was the sole issue.
I would check the fuel pressure and look for vac leaks, along with checking the spark plugs and ignition system.

whether the upper engine or lower engine needs attention can be determined with a compression test.

I got a tune up today on my Yukon which they only replaced 4 wires & all the plugs. the dealership says cyclinders 1&3 where misfiring. my truck runs better but stil vibrates. what could it be?

I would replace the other 4 wires and see if it's better. If so ask why they only replaced 4. Makes no sense. They should have been able to hook up a scope and see the ignition pattern, if all was well, they should have checked compression, and injector performance.

not sure what engine you have but check compression on the 2 cylinders in question,if they read below 100 psi more than likley the pistons hit some valves and they are bent, heads would need to be removed replace valves,a big deal
