Hi there shakinakendr! What the most problem most likely is either the gear system that drives the equalizer has stripped out, the equalizer broke or there is a misalignment that just causes the motor to spin. As a mechanic there is two things i suggest... if you think you can take it apart you will want to look at those problems. They shouldnt be hard to fix or replace. The other option is to take it in to a shop, the shop shouldnt cost too much because it is an easily accessable mechanism. If this helps you out, rate the solution :) have a great day!
