Question about 1989 Dodge Ram 50
Truck just started idleing rough and when I put it in drive it's really rough running and hard to get over 45 MPH. It only has 35,000 miles on it and has been sitting for several months in the garage..Anyone have any thoughts as to what this might be. ? I checked the vaccum hoses & they all look fine Oil & transmission fluid are fine and I don't see any loose wires and no smoke from the exhast..Do you think it could just need a tune up from sitting so long ? any suggestions will be greatly appreciated..Thanks
Maybe just bad gas. Change fuel filter, Add some fuel conditioner to it, or fuel treatment, with moisture remover, and top it up with fresh fuel.
