Can I fit 1974 f100 differentials and front suspension on a 1974 f250?

Given the age of the trucks there should be old paper manuals and parts lists about where you can compare axle ratios, drive shafts, suspension parts etc. Try ebay. Would it not be easier to get another F250 front end?

Where can i find a vacuum diagram for a 1974 pontiac ventura V8 5.7L 2bbl carb?

Typically, vacuum diagrams are located on a sticker in the engine compartment or on the under side of the hood. Sometimes they are even in the owners manuals of older vehicles. If none of the above are present, try an internet search. Most automotive information databases like Alldata & Shopkey don't go always go back as far as 1974 but it may be worth a try. You could also try using the make and model of your carb on a 350 engine in a later year vehicle as those engines are so common.

Need a diagram to take a starter off.

You dont really need a diagram. Starter sits on the driver's side(LHD) of the engine towards the lower rear of the engine compartment.
Disconnect the ( - ) of the battery.
There are 2 wires on the starter, one lugged - can be pulled off, the other needs a 13mm(0.5 inch) wrench.
Then there are 2 bolts that hold the starter to the engine. (14 mm if I'm not mistaken) Unbolt and out it comes!

1976 VW Van Battery

The battery should be under the front passenger seat. Move the seat forward as far as it will go, and you'll see a metal plate (may be under the carpet), which comes off with four Phillips screws. To actually get the battery out, you will need to remove the seat.
