Question about 1997 Isuzu Rodeo
If it is coming from the front of the engine and almost dead center, then probably the waterpump is going bad. The waterpump is located underneath the timing covers (2 pieces), and requires you remove the timing belt to change it. I can email you a procedure for removing and reinstalling the timing belt if you wish. Send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org if you decide to change the waterpump.
