How much does it cost to replace the valve body on a 2005 toyota corolla?

Labor time is 3 hours so whatever the shop charges per hour times 3. I would say between $120.00 (that's what I charge) up to $300.00 (that's probably about what the dealership charges.

P0724 corolla code

The 724 is a transmission solenoid code, this and other codes as well as transmission shifting issues, there is a recall for the computers for corollas from 2005 - 2008, I would recommend you make an appointment with the Toyota dealer so they can check the computer number to see if it applies to your vehicle, if so they will replace the computer at no charge to you.

My check engine light came on. Took it to Toyota dealership in KC, MO and was told that my car needed a new computer. Is this common for a 2005 Corolla LE with 86,000 highway miles? Is there any recourse...

How often do you change a timing belt in a 1995 toyota corolla?

Provided the belt that is to be used is a high quality belt such as a Gates brand the belt can safely last for 80,000 to 90,000 miles before needing to be changed. As for the original belt usually for hondas it's 100,000 miles Toyotas about the same 100,000 to 110,000 miles, check with your local dealership's service department for you cars original belt Suzukis and kias are about 90,000 miles.

2005 corolla , check engine light on and car shifts rough in lower speeds 20mph has rough shift as well as when you first put in forward or reverse? what is causing this?

Take your car to a Toyota dealership. Have them scan the car for trouble codes. If they come up with a P-2716 code, you need a new Engine Control Unit (the computer). If your car has under 80,000 miles on it, Toyota will replace it for free.

2003 corolla le engine light on

You have to bring it somewhere to have the computer scanned. This will tell you why the engine light is on. Most auto parts stores will scan it for you free of charge, and no the oil change is not directly related.
Please remember to rate this solution.

What are the causes of check engine light? Can check engine light affect the auto transmission system?

Have you had your air filter changed or checked recently? If you've had it done somewhere other than the dealership that could be your issue. There is a sensor that connects to the enclosure around the air filter. If it is not correctly reattached after service it will cause the check engine light to come on.
Even if you do discover the issue and correct it, the check engine light will persist for server times you turn the engine on and off but usually by the 3-4th day it will turn off on its own. If you think it's mote serious, take it back in for service.
I can't tell you how many times I've taken my Highlander in for service at a non- Toyota dealer (bc I travel for work) and the check engine light comes on bc they check the air filter and neglect to reattach the sensor. Hope this helps.
