Question about 1995 Porsche 911

Battery was low and turned over slow. After charge engine turned normally but no fuel going to the motor. Ignition check out.

turning an engine over to check fuel flow only works on engines with mechanical fuel pumps
all electric pumps should produce full flow as soon as the ignition is turned on
if you have a efi car then have the fuel pressure checked at the fuel manifold as that will show a faulty pump, regulator problem or blockages to vents or hoses.

Ok make sure battery is charge or leave a charger hooked up on low charge to maintain battery wile doing this process ,
turn key to on position leave for 10 minutes ,then turn to off and repeat a total of three times this will reset theft mode to normal and relearn key . Don't crank engine during third process or you will have to start over . It takes about thirty to thirty-five minutes to complete .if this doesn't work you will have to get system checked

Does low voltage in ignition have to do with a weak battery


If the voltage drops more than is normal during the ignition cycle, this can be caused by a weak/old battery (Insufficient crank amperage) or by problems with the starter motor. Most auto part shops will test your electrical system for you for free and can determine whether the battery is having problems, the alternator is failing, or the starter motor is faulty.

Under hood,passenger side mounted on the firewall,but ...
Could be something else ,crank sensor or cam,or ign.rotor ect.
The module like 3 hundred bucks.Try this ,turn the key
on-off-on-off-on( without out hitting the starter) the check
engine light should begin to flash.
Here is a code list,may narrow down the problem.

2003 ford excursion clicking noise and dont start..starts when given a jump..all light go on and are bright..


Possible that the battery is low or weak, check the GROUND terminals to the chassis. If this is bad the power of the battery will be reduced and also show on the intensity of the lights.
Also check the starter motor, the pinion wheel as if this is bad the starter engaging can be slow or might get jammed. Finally if the engine turns and does not start then you need to check on the ignition system- the plugs and spark, the fuel settings.

1996 GMC Suburban 5.7L cranks fast but doesnt start. Also do not hear fuel pump come on with key, radio does not come on, turn signals dont work, brake lights wont work, but headlights and taillights fne....


the first thing is to check the battery connections, remove them and check them for corision.then if that checks out i would take a look at the ignition switch, start there.it sounds like you have a bad fuelpump and your light problem is another problem .hope this helps.
