Hard to find parts can be located in a few minutes to a few days; have never been unable to find what I need. Usually several listings are found and I can choose from very competitive pricing by using a national parts locator. There are several to choose from either online or most auto salvage yards, as well as family owned/operated parts stores offer this service free of charge. I enjoy using the online locating services, they will notify you via email with search results. I don't have any particular favorite site, but is the first one that pops in my mind. Good luck :)

We would need to know the make, model, and year first of all.
But it would be a lot easier to just make your own EGR pipe out of soft copper tubing.
All you need to do is pick the closest size to the original.
But I have never heard of a ERG pipe going bad in a way any sensor could detect.
It is more likely a gasket is just leaking or something.
You need to check the EGR for leakage or being clogged.
Both can be fixed without replacing any parts usually.
The trick with ERG is that it is not supposed to open at idle or high speed.
It only is to open in mid range.
So with a cold engine, check if the ERG stays cold.
If not, then it is leaking.
If it is cold at idle, then manually activate it either with a vacuum source or electrically.
The idle should almost die as the ERG then does get hot.

Check engine lite on .pull codes p404. Also has lite miss on easy acceleration from stop.Need to pass state emissions test

P0404 EGR circuit range just replace the EGR,the light miss is from your egr pintle being stuck open. either you clear the code with a scan tool or if you dont have one it will take 2 trip of no emission problem for the ECM to clear the check engine light,

Had the engine light on for a while, and went to auto zone to pull the code. It came up for the egr... the guy told me that a dealer may have to fix the problem, but I could look for a repair shop that...

Check the original window sticker for the ACTUAL Federal emission coverage period,

You may able to get it fit for free.

EGR valve can be clean if you are will to get dirty.

Carbon build up inside the valve and the passage tube is the most common cause to have high Nox on emission test.

As long as the plastic diaphragm/membrane is not rip then you CAN clean it out.

EGR position sensor can be also a common problem to cause the OBD-II code,

A small amount of WD-40 can help lube to EGR position sensor.

Good luck
