The most possible problem is a cut wire or plug that may have been altered durning the course of some repair work in the recent past. The computer itself is the actual switch to the relay if the computer circuit goes bad internally the computer will have to be replaced.. If u know where the connection at , perform a visual inpection to see if there is corrosion of something was left unplug or cut

I bought a new ac compressor but my ac still doesn't work, I can rig it to where it would be cool air but how to fix it to where it is suppose to be and the ac works with the air compressor?

your best bet is to have a qualified repair shop look at it . Can't tell you from here , you don't even say what make , model or year it is . The A/C compressor isn't tuning on when you push the button , correct ? When you push the A/C button it sends a signal to the BCM or PCM ,which then energizes the A/C compressor clutch relay . Who replaced the compressor ? Was there a vacuum pulled on the system ? 2009 Honda Odyssey ac clutch is staying engaged. How do I fix this issue and is this a common issue?

The AC compressor relay may be stuck on and defective. Find the AC relay and swap it with another relay-others in your car may be same relay-same part number on it, and same number of relay terminals. If another relay or new relay doesn't help, the wiring will have to be checked. The relay is usually turned on by the engine computer sending a signal to the relay.

Cooling fan isn't working , i've changed the ECT (sensor) , both relay (high and low fan) and both big fuses. Had a close look to the plugs and wires and everything is nice out there , what else should i...

Well you need to take a meter and actually check the components.
The ECT sends a signal to the computer, and the computer grounds the relays when the fans are needed. You need to know if the relay is getting power and a ground signal from the computer when the engine temp reaches 220 degrees, or when the ac is turned on.

Still have fan problem

The way the system works is the thermal switch, or temp sender sends a signal to the computer, the computer sends a signal to the fan relay and the relay then sends power to the fan motor. If you have verified that all of the components in the system work properly then that leaves you a connection problem. Time to make some jumper wires and use a multi meter to ohm out wires and connections and find the problem. Make sure to check your grounds too, if you are putting power to the fan motors and there is no ground there is not completion of a circuit and they will not run.

Ac relay not energizing on 2005 ford freestar

The very 1st thing you do is see if the AC system has lost its charge of refrigerant. If the system is low on charge then the relay will not engage because it receives no signal from Compressor cycling switch which in most Fords is located in the low side AC line from the compressor, the low pressure line is the larger of the 2 lines from the AC compressor..

What energizes ac relay on 2005 freestar

The low side pressure switch in the AC low pressure line signals the PCM (computer control) to close the AC compressor relay and raise the idle speed. If the system is low on refrigerant charge the relay will not allow the system to engage the compressor, this is because the oil that lubricates all the works is suspended in the AC refrigerant, if that is low then the system gets no lubrication and will quickly seize up..

Fans not coming on for ac or engine cooling what might be wrong the fuse good

There should be a cooling fan relay, usually 1 for the engine and 1 for AC (might be labeled as secondary, or accessory.) I would check that next. A working relay will CLICK when activated. The fans are normally told to turn on by the PCM, which receives a signal from the coolant temperature sensor (CTS). It's possible the CTS is not sending the proper signal to the PCM, but I would first check the relays.

Condensor fan motor inop - fuse good but replaced anyway - replaced relay. put 12 volts to motor and it worked. what activates the relay to send power to the motor ????

Either radiator fan switch or AC system fan activate relay. Check fan switch or look for AC fan motor fuse. Wiring diagram would help.
