the angle of the car had nothing to do with it. The dead battery might. The vehicle needs to be hooked up to a scan tool to find out.

What does the red triangle with the exclmation mark in it

It basically means "Alert!" and will refer to the message in the display to the left in the dash. I see it when bulbs are out or the ABS sensor is alerting me etc.

VIDA (software) and DiCE (hardware to plug into ODBII port) will also tell you a lot more about any errors.

Faint beeping sound

Someone lose a cellphone? Could be a phone function for call message on the built-in sync. There is a speed alert function for going over a predetermined speed setting. There are traffic alert tones from the Mytouch Navigation. They even have an Alarm clock and interval Alert (every selected minutes). Could be a mileage count to tone after each passing mile.

What does it mean when the display on instrument cluster says a little 1 and then a circled KM/h?

This is a vehicle speed alert nr.1 (in km/h). You can modify the speed alert also.

Service 4WD system alert

Probably based on miles... Any dealer or competent shop can re-set the alert... Have them show you where it is so you know for next time (usually under the dashboard on drivers side but they move that stuff around so much, I can't tell you where it is exactly on your vehicle)
