Question about 2004 Chevrolet Aveo
There could be many possibilities for the same. However, as the check engine light is also ON, that does indicate that there is a serious problem and the reason is stored in the memory of the car's computer. Unfortunately, i would never advise you to start diagnosing and replacing components without scanning the car. You need to tow the car to the nearby autozone / dealer. At autozone, they would scan the car FREE OF COST. Once you have the codes, either write it down on the paper or take a print out of the same. Once you have the codes, you could revert with the same and i would be able to follow up from there.
Let me know, once you have the details.
Thanks and Regards
