Question about 1999 Chrysler Town & Country
I have a 2002 chrysler town&country- none of the hoses are loose-i had an oil change and they put the gas cap back on for my wife and the light went out until we got gas again - i replaced the gas cap with one comp to the orginial-it will not pass inspection with the light on.
You amy also want to look for any rust holes if filler tube, gas tank,ect....
The smallest pin hol leak will set an evap. code.

You will need an OBDII diagnostic to Isolate the cause of the emissions failure,
Can be a line in the evaporative emissions system has a leak
The fuel pump gasket leaking
one of many sensors have failed
A smoke test is the only reliable way to find a evap leak
and and OBD II scan tool is the only way to find the remaining concerns, sorry
If this information is helpful please give me a good rating
