When the engine is running ragged, place your hand over the opening of the carburator. If the idle smooths out, you have a vacuum leak somewhere on the intake system; it could be the base gasket for the carb, the intake manifold gasket, or a broken vacuum line, or a combination of that. What you have is too much air getting into the engine, but the air is not going thru the carb. Please check for vacuum leaks, you can use a can of carb cleaner, spray the intake manifold, if the idle smooths up, that would be a good place to start.

SOURCE: instructions for setting the time .1993 toyota pickup 3.0 v6 engine

Please send me your e-mail address; I will send you the complete timing proceedure; the file I have is a .pdf, and FixYa will not let me upload a .pdf to the FixYa site. I suspect that your cam timing is off on the passenger side of the engine. You want the specs for a 93 V6, correct?

I have a 1985 toyota pu while driving it just quit. it has no spark, changed the rotor, spark plugs, it is getting fuel any help out there

Igniter.

The pickup coil should probably be changed too since the vehicle is as old as it is, and it is likely original.

Be sure to clean the mounting area for the igniter and use adequate heat transfer/dielectric grease on the metal mounting plate for optimum heat transfer.

I'm needing to know where a 1985 toyota 22 re timing test connector (te+ and e+) is located.

What you are looking for are TERMINALS in the data link (check) connector. (see diagram below) The check connector is located near the No. 2 relay block on the right (passenger) side of the engine compartment. To check the timing on that engine you want to jumper the "T" and "E1" connectors.
