Here is the fuse box diagram. Fuses only blow when something is shorting the power to the chassis.

Hello,

Here is the timing alignment diagram, if you need to make it larger save the diagram to your photo file and then use the viewer to enlarge the diagram.

They are self adjusting. There should be hydraulic lash adjusters. Just tighten down the camshaft and start it. If you installed new lifters, they need to be soaked in oil before installing or they will be full of air and the car probably won't start. Hope this is what you were looking for.
