You have to go in from underneath the vehicle and behind the fog light assembly. It is a tight fit, but there is basically no other logical way to do it. Take the pigtail off the light and unscrew it from the assembly. Then do the opposite to reinstall.

If it didn't come with fog lights, it may also have not included a fog light relay and/or fuse. Check the owner's manual for fuse and relay locations, and then check if the necessary parts are there.

I have a 1997 jeep grand cherokee and the fuse for the parking lights keeps getting blown..(like within 10 seconds of replacing it.)im using the right kind of fuse,so i dont really know what to do now..

Sounds like one of your bulb sockets is shorted out. I have seen bulbs almost melted in their sockets, on grand cherokees in the past. You will have to check all the brake light and bulb sockets to see if they are shorted.

Your auto part store should get it in stock.

There's a small space behind inside fender. You can get your hand in there to grab and twist the back of the bulb to release it. You need a flashlight.
