Just bought a 2000 tl has these problem P0780,P0740,P1750,P1751, now what i need to do,can i fix it my self,please help me

some of the codes caused because of the others
740,780 is from your trani
300 random multiple miss fire
108 map sensor issue need to be diagnosed
122 trottle position sensor malfunction

You can try replacing the solenoid, but you are possibly looking at trans failure,

Torque convertor clutch malfunction. Could get expensive.

code p0730 refers to incorrect gear ratio.==causes --wiring--TR sensors/switch--shift solenoids--transmission mechanical fault
code p0780 refers to gear selection--shift malfunction====causes--wiring--TR sensor---shift solenoids--transmission mechanical fault.. have the shift solenoid checked out. Have a pressure test done on the transmission to check for internal damage.

It is more likely the transmission will need to come out and the torque converter be replaced, the solenoid is rarely the problem that gives this code.

The solenoid is inside the transmission. Not an easy task.

it is about - DTC P0780 mechanical problem in hydraulic control system of shift solenoid valve A & A/T clutch pressure control solenoid valves A & B , or problem in hydraulic control valves . doesn't sound good . maybe you should see a professional shop about this .

po780 is a trans hydrolic systen code
could be a shift solinoid gone bad
have an experienced mechanic replace the lock-up controlle solenoid control solenoid valve/shift controlle solenoid valve "A" assembley
and the A\T clutch pressure control solenoid valve "A"/"B" assembley
start with these two parts farily inexpensive if this doesnt solve the problem then the trans needs to be replaced really expensive
both of these parts are located on the out side of the trans
