The filter should be in the fuel line under the van. One side is threaded and the other uses a plastic clip to release. Make sure you release fuel pressure before disconnecting the lines.

On my 2000 Oldsmobile Silhouette, the air bag light occasionally comes on. What I found is that under the drivers seat, there are some electrical connections. Make sure all of those are tight. Make sure you have nothing under the drivers seat pushing on the cables.
