You will need to reset the fuel shut of switch, this is setup to shut fuel off in a crash or impact, all you need to do is locate it and push the button down, the button is located on the top of the switch and use finger to push it and then restart the truck.you will need to look on both sides of the truck, start at the driverside left kick panel this is the panel that your left foot would hit if in the driver seat, its the side panel on the floor area check for a hole or look behind the panel if its not there look in the pass/side panel good luck, good day

How stop the serpentine belt from fallen off the tensioner on a 1993 town & country. Is there a aftermarket pulley wheel for that tensioner to replace the flaw problems.

My 1991 Grand Caravan did that too. It had the 3.3L engine just the the T&C (91-93). The tensioner was the problem, hit a puddle on the right side and you'd feel the power steering go and then right away the engine would start to heat up. I tried making the belt come off, but could never duplicate it, only splashing through puddles of rain or wet slush would do it. I never found a tensioner with shoulders on it, but a new one like the original fixed it.

Why won't the fuel pump shut off

Fuel pump won't be the cause. Most likely the relay.

All of the belt driven accessories on the 3.3L and 3.8L engines are driven by a single serpentine belt. The belt tension is maintained by am automatic tensioner.

  1. Raise the front of the vehicle and safely support it with jackstands.

  2. Remove the right front splash shield.

  3. Release tension by rotating the tensioner clockwise.

  4. Remove the belt and install a replacement.

  5. Proper belt tension is maintain by the dynamic tension.

  6. Install the right front splash shield. Lower the front of the vehicle.

I ran into a truck and damaged the front passenger side of my car. the day after i hit him the ABS and park brake light came on on the dash. later that night the car would not start. i have been told it...

i dont know how heavy was the hit but sound like you have to check your front end including brakes and drive train for damages. check your coolant level you may damaged the radiator. ecm behind the driver side fog light remove the splash guard driver side to reach it.

Can you remove the wheel well splash shield and get access to the bolts? Body shop techs have a special tool to get into this area.

Here's a 97 Probe whcih was the same as a 626 in 1997:

Fender, Front Removal
  1. On GT models, remove the side sill extension. Refer to Section 01-08 for the removal and installation procedure.
  1. Remove the front fender bolt located in the door jamb opening.
