It sounds like you have a bad CV axle, that is the clicking/popping sound you are hearing when you turn, and a bad wheel bearing, that is the roaring sound that you are hearing.

does the roar change with left or right turns? most likely a wheel bearing, Dodge has poor front ends. or..is the brake dragging? the rotor would be hot after driving, discolored, smoking.

98 Pontiac Grand Prix load front end roaring?

Defective fan clutch, if it has one. With a cold engine only, try spinning the fan blade by hand. If it does not turn freely, the fan clutch is defective. Warning: When the engine is hot, the fan can turn on by itself with the car not running and keys are NOT in the ignition.

Honda accord roar when driving and clickg as i turn sharp

you need to have your wheel bearing replaced, you will have to find out what one, but it is a good idea to replace both bearings on the end of the car that has the problem.
