Give us the codes you have ,if the MIL Lamp
is on the dash Looks like an engine

If not, you still have COP Ignition Coil Misfires

Clean MAF Sensor--CRC MAF Cleaner

Replace both (2) FRONT ONLY -- O2 Sensors
at 100,000 miles

Also if the EGR Valve is original it is worn out
Any Vacuum load, which mostly prolonged is going
up hills

You still have bad coils, you will get 2 a year on an
LS and most Fords

V6 or V8 ???

I have a 2002 lincoln ls, sometimes when it warms up it hesitates when i hit the gas it completely looses power and i wanted to know if the crank shaft sensor will have it doing that.

unlikely because if the crank position sensor is faulty, it will not start or run very badly--not what you describe
run the fault codes as I suspect MAP/MAF/VAF sensor problems

03 Lincoln LS Check engine light on and car is hesitating

Just figure i would try and help, Did you get gas just before this happened? It could be as simple as bad gas, However i have seen problems with them having bad ignition coils.
I think its like $300 for a diagnostics at a Lincoln dealer and i know you can get a set of six ignition coils for $225.00
Well good luck in the morning and i hope it is just bad gas, Well let me know and good luck.

Vehicle hesitates when during acceleration runs 2005 lincon ls

Got a Check Light on dash?
Got any stored codes?

Most likely you have a COP Ignition Coil going bad.
Have the TPS Sensor checked also. I would prefer a scope trace, to a voltage reading

You can expect at least one part failure a year on the LS I have a 2004.

Got codes--give them to me,I'll help you out.

Car backfires hesitates when depressing gas pedal

Check the vacum lines going to the distributor and transmission. If they are leaking it could be your problem.
