Question about Ford F-450
If your sure it wasn't over filled at the last oil change then you will need to check the oil and see if it is foamy due to antifreeze getting into it. If there is antifreeze in the oil this is due to a bad head or intake gasket and it will need to be replaced. If the oil smells excessively like diesel fuel then you may have a bad injector or more allowing too much fuel into the cylinder and seeping past the rings. In either case do not drive it this way as serious damage will occur.
