I have a 2002 Escape and they're probably the same. It's a 10" wiper.
(I used a 20" wiper refill and cut it in half)

Any parts store will be able to tell you which one you need, for certain.
Refills are getting rare, but they should have the whole wiper blade available.

Why are both the front and back window wipers not working in my 2007 Ford Escape? along with the passenger side charger port?

I show the power point (charger port?) getting 12 volts through 20A FUSE 17 (which you indicate is OK) in the battery junction box.

The front wipers get power through 20A FUSE 25 in the smart junction box (which you indicate is OK) so that leaves the wiper/washer switch as suspect.

The rear wiper gets power through 10A FUSE 21 in the smart junction box (which you indicate is OK) so that leaves the rear wiper relay or wiper/washer switch as suspect.

2005 Ford Escape - I lost my power windows, power door locks, blinkers, radio, rear defroster, rear wiper, dome lights, and the warning beep when the keys are in the ignition, all at the same time....

Did you have the vehicle's control module system checked for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble code's ??????? Specifically the SJB - smart junction box , ford's BCM - body control module . Does the remote start/keyless entry still work ? Adding after maket system's to vehicle's (even your year ) isn't all ways a good ideal . It can cause major problems ! Having a qualified professional automotive technician check it out would be a good idea. Who installed these aftermarket systems ? Some of these place's have no idea what they are hooking to , any old place they can find B+ power .
