Check the bulbs ...they might be double laminates.

You may need to change the light bulbs.

Change the bulbs and you should be in good shape.

Where are the park and brake relay located?

so only park tail left is out. you never said only!
way was brake mentioned??????
did you scan it first, id bet not. and is key. on all modern cars.
and test all fuse. lacking any FSM book (schematic)
one is forced to test all fuses. we use a voltmeter.
12v fuse 12v is a good fuse.
12v and 0v is bad
easy no?

one some cars (yours), you turn on parks (1st click)
and all 4 corners of car glow, bingo for park and license lights.
how.?
the park switch goes to the BCM BRAIN(input ports)
It SEEs that demand. and then closes the park relay. with fuses
bam all parks glow or some , left and right.
for sure i dont know lacking YOUR book

my point?
well if you didnt scan , how can you fix it beyond fuse
any relay guessing>?
im not sure which book is best. call them?
https://www.techauthority.com/en-us/products/?year=2003&model=431

my public library has mitchels there,so.... look?
here ,ill log in to mine and see.
ok it is BCM system
fuse 23 and 9 are are park JB fuses. left is 23
the relay is in the JB,JB means fuse junction box.
can i assume youve found all fuse boxes in cab and engine bay
that be like first... find them all.
so now i know the BCM is ok and relay park is closed
and for sure working,
so my guess, is fuse 23 has hair line cracks.
we test all fuses that look good, no guessing.

I replaced my ignition switch on my 1989 Oldsmobile cutlass and now my parking lights don't work what's the problem??

Hi,sometimes there can be something that gose wrong after you have fixed something else but it could be just a coinsedence so try the fuse for the parking sensors first.
all the best.

I have a 2002 ford F250 and I am replacing the stock headlights with Halo projector lights. I accidentally touched two wires together and now the parking lights dont work, but the blinkers do. I have...

There are 2 fuse panels on your truck. i will assume you checked the fuses under your dash.. you need to check the fuse panel in the engine compartment on the left side near the fire wall. There are relays and fuses in there... Pretty sure you just blew a fuse! dont forget to check the larger feed fuses too.

Tail lights and dash lights is no working

did you check them in the dark to see if , not just dim?
what sub model, EX, or LX? the LX is very different.
the car has 2 fuse boxes. did you know that, most cars do.
the fuse is called fuse #10 (fuse 10 runs hazards too, are haz dead?)
box one in cab, and 2 in engine bay.
the HAZ fuse is marked, HAZ

park/dash dim all dead, this is the largest path in car, over 20 lamps on most cars. (lots of places to mess up)
all are dead, all parks, front , rear, side and cab (dim) dead??????
even the license plate lamp>>>> details?,,,,, help, im blind..
here ill login to alldata.com for you, so can you at anytime.

ok this car can have a tail light relay. the LX dont have one.
the combo switch (1st click ) turns on park(tails)
and the relay energizes and runs all the park lamps.
but not on the LX, the LX is switch direct drive to all parks.
so?????

found this with google. NON LX !!!

Fuse #10 (15A) Audio unit, pocket light, clock, climate control, cruise switch light, gauge assembly, hazard switch light, heater control panel, interior lights switch light, driver's multiplex control unit, power sliding doors switch light, rear A/C switch light, taillight relay TCS swtich light.

Dashboard lights dont work fuses appear ok but dont know which fuse controls dash lights

The parking and tail lights are usually on the same fuse as the dash lights so if the outside lights are working it sounds like the instrument dimmer control has failed. The electronic bits inside the control for these lights sometimes go faulty. A temporary fix is to remove the wiring plug that attaches to the back of the dimmer control and put a jumper wire across the terminals. If dash lights then work then replace dimmer control.

Headlights dont work, but park lights and signal lights do. all fuses in passenger kickpannel are good. Is there anoyher fuse box.

there should be another fuse / relay box under the hood - the headlamps will probably have a fuse and a relay. if the fuse is ok - try swapping the headlamp relay with another in the box - if all is ok start looking at the headlamp and or highbeam switches

95 riviera dash lights or tail lights dont work

You probably have an open/blown tail/park lamp fuse. The dash light fuse gets power from the tail/park lamp fuse, so when you can't see your dash lights, you'll get the vehicle looked at and find you have no park/tail lamps either. It's a safety feature because otherwise you may never know your running lights are not working.
Check your park/tail lamp fuse.

1994 grand Am Dash & Rear Lights

Check all the fuses, if they're ok then check the switch or wiring, it might be that the wire running from the switch to the park / dash lights is fried. Does the front park lights work? (turn switch to first click, not second one. This is park lights, second click is full on headlights) Your park and dash lights are probably all connected to a single wire from the switch via the fuse box.
