Sounds like a bad ground. Could be one in the front and in the back. Try tracing the wires. There should be at least one in the front and back that is grounded to the body.

you have a bad ground that is backfeeding through the turn signals. try this, use a jumper wire to ground the headlight directly to the battery. If everything starts to work properly than you need to trace the ground wire from the headlight to where it secures to the body.

Your headlight switch is shorting to you blinker switch or vise versa. This effects the interior lights because the dimmer switch is wired with the headlight switch. Both switches will need to be rewired. For a car that's less than 10 years old that is ridiculous. You could try to lodge a complaint with Honda. Most cars don't have issues like that for at least 20 years. So unless you've been driving through the arctic or have 500,000 miles you should not be impressed.

I had the same problem on a 92 & 95 Dakota years ago, replaced the turn signal switch in the column & found a loose ground wire in the harness back by the tail lights. Never had a problem again. If you're gonna try to replace the switch you will need tamper proof torques bits just FYI. Good luck. Let us know how it turns out.

Left turn signal + headlights

Try turning the 4-way flashers on with the headlights and see if it looks normal or if it looks like they are flashing alternately instead of together. If it looks like they are flashing alternately, you have a bad ground on that bulb. Difficult to explain easily, but bulb grounds through the circuit that is turned off until both circuits are energized, then problems occur. If not, try unplugging the U-Haul harness, they usually are just plug in deals and see if that fixes it.
