Rather than try to repair it or look into it, call the dealer or take it back to him as you will invalidate your warranty if you do anything to the unit, and that is not worth it. Let the dealer worry about it.

try the fuses or wire fuse links , the only other thing in the circuit is the wires broken or the light low switch is bad

check the low beam fuse. if wire is connected to headlight properly and bulb is new then its most likely just the fuse.

The front bumper cover has to come off to remove the headlight assembly! Yes, sounds very stupid, but it's the truth. The parking light on mine went out, hours later it was fixed. If you have the HID headlights you might have to replace the entire assembly.

if im understanding you correctly you have high beam lights but no low beam if this is the case it sounds to me like the switch is bad (the switch that controls the lights)

the low beam bulb?? it's not that hard turn the wheels to gain access to the wheel well and loosen the inner fenderliner (plastic) to gain access to the back of the headlamp assy

Low beam not work !!


replace the headlight bulbs. Usually when the bulbs blow out the low beam blows out first, but the high beams still work. If you want and need both low and high beams to work then replace the headlight bulbs with brand new ones and I garauntee that both low and high beams will work
